Does this happen with you that after applying all your efforts there is no result achieved? I don’t know about you but happens a lot of time with me. After making lots of efforts, the whole day and result are zero or negligible at the end of the day.
At that moment my emotions are at there worst state. My mind dive into irritation and I yell on anybody to whom my irritated mind considers, the reason for failure.
Sometimes I also make excuses and try to put all the blame on some else. I scream without any reason to someone working under us. While all mistakes happened is only because of me.
Why didn’t I look earlier into the Physical condition of the target?
Why didn’t I asked for all the necessary resources?
Why didn’t I plan to achieve my target with more perfection?
These questions are in my mind when my so-called well planned didn’t achieve its target.
Whenever we plan for any of our goals. It is always teamwork with all efforts from the team. If any of the team members lose its end then it is sure that your plan will go into the trash and all efforts will waste.
Our target number and achieving a goal depends on how our team is motivated. To achieve a goal motivation and Explanation of its purpose are much more important than our efforts, estimation, and courage.
Without purpose and Proper guidance, no work can be done with full energy and excitement. And because of this effortless team tree, we are always unable to grow towards success. Purpose-driven life or purpose-driven work has a very special role in achieving our own target and its positioning.
So, if we really want to achieve a goal than we must work to find out its purpose and direction. the directionless efforts are a complete waste of energy and courage and always this courage will be disliked.
What Efforts Meaning should be?
A successive application on directional, purposeful, and well-defined target near you to convert that to its result is called effort. If you are working day and night without knowing its outcome or without knowing its purpose. Then there won’t be positive results from all your hard work.
This won’t have any meaning of you having core values and having a Values list to define your working style if your hard work doesn’t get converted into a positive, beneficial, and good for all result. All of your efforts will have its value when its application will be to the point and well-defined towards achieving a goal.
Yes..!! Efforts never die.
If you are a hard worker, you took all of your efforts to achieve your target but because of some reason, you failed. Then in that case also you will be remembered to all but the perspective for remembering will be different. All your efforts and courage symbol will act as a joke in the gossip of others. Only the achiever will be remembered as some symbol of success and the story of their efforts and courage will be remembered.
So, making an efforts to achieve your goal is important. But what more important is to know where your efforts are leading. Is this leading towards making you an achiever or all of that going to become a waste? Because at last what matters is to achieve success.

Having expertise in many things and mastered all the skills your working with can’t be compared with results came from teamwork. However, it is much more difficult to create a group of Individuals to work smoothly and in a coherent manner.
A Team leader with only two quality can make a team which can manage and achieve unthinkably. Teamwork also helps you with your self-improvement. Those qualities are:
Having a lot of emotional intelligence
Able to give a very clear picture of purpose and vision for work.
A team can structure all the work in a well-specified manner to create a big thing in small steps with their combined intelligence, mutual understanding, and discussion.
When working in a team, This enables us to learn from each other’s mistakes. And because of this only you won’t be making any future mistakes. You gain and learn from your experienced colleague or a teammate has done some mistakes already. Achieve Success along with a team can have its real meaning and fun.
Purpose statement has more effect than Order Statement
While setting any target, one of the most important steps is to define a clear and coherent work strategy and purpose goal with your all efforts and courage. The statement should define the purpose of our efforts.
Its main purpose is to familiarise each and every member of the team to join the same frequency of work culture and to motivate all the members. A motivated member of the team can help the complete team to achieve its goal in a much more productive way.
Team members are much likely to work with motivation if they under the bigger picture behind the mission.
They will know their hours of work will be a part of a goal creating a name and further opportunity for the organization for its betterment.
If the whole team is motivated than whatever the goal will be, all team members are more likely to work hard and will become dedicated to their job. The purpose statement always creates an atmosphere of teamwork towards a common goal.
